Step Up is a non-profit organization based in Blantyre, Malawi, dedicated to improving the lives of children and youths with disabilities. Since 2019, we have been committed to empowering families and communities to create an inclusive society where children with disabilities can thrive.The folowing are our beneficiaries

Who We Are
What We Provide
At Step Up, we provide essential rehabilitation services to children with disabilities, focusing on improving mobility, independence, and quality of life. Our center in Ndirande, Blantyre, offers physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and sensory integration therapy three times a week, free of charge.
Personalized Care Assistance
Supported by a dedicated team of physiotherapists and an occupational therapist, we tailor treatment plans to each child’s unique needs, helping them overcome challenges related to conditions like cerebral palsy and motor delays
Medication Management
Currently, over 40 children benefit from these services, which bridge the gap in healthcare for children in underserved areas, promoting greater participation and independence in their communities.
Disability Advocacy and Inclusion
Step Up advocates for the rights of children with disabilities, promoting their inclusion in education and society. We work with families, schools, and communities to raise awareness and ensure equal opportunities for all children
